Land Acquisition – Wind & Solar

Suitable or proposed areas for development of wind & solar projects are investigated, with the aim of assessing the feasibility of a project. Feasibility studies cover the following areas: wind, grid connection, roads, terrain, soil conditions and the environment etc.
Firm consents/agreement with land owners.
Complete due diligence of land parcels as per the company requirements.
Identifying Substation land parcel.
Acquiring NA Orders, required NOC’s as per requirements.
Handling Right Of Way (ROW).

Formation of approach road suitable for movement of cranes, WTG and other equipment required for the setting up of project.
Casting of civil foundation and crane pad for any WTG make and all other civil activities required for setting up the project.
